HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?
We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email. Especially on weekends, it can take up to 48 hours.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!
HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING AND THE PRINTING PERIOD?
Orders for products we have in stock have processing times between 1 and 2 business days after the day you placed your order (in rare cases during busy times it can take up to 3 days). For products that need to be printed on demand, it may take up to 10 more days for orders to be processed, printed, packed and shipped.
HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHICH PRODUCTS ARE IN STOCK AND WHICH ARE PRINT ON DEMAND?
To find out if a product is in stock or print on demand, just look at the "STOCK INFO" just below the color selection on the product page.
WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
If an order is too big for our shipping boxes, we ship two separate packages (really rare case). Products that need to be printed on demand may take up to one additional week to ship. If your order contains at least one print on demand product, we wait until that product is printed and then ship all products together to work as sustainable as possible. If you would like the products in your order to be shipped separately (because some of the products need to arrive early due to a birthday, etc.), just send us an email.

Yes, we ship worldwide.
WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER?
Since tracking is quite expensive and we did't want to raise our prices in order to offer tracking, we decided to ship our orders without tracking. Since we use "Warenpost" (from DHL) to ship our products, we could only offer "reduced tracking shipments", which means that fewer updates are provided by DHL for these shipments. Especially for international orders that take a little longer than expected, it can be frustrating to have no tracking, but in the end each customer saves about 2-3€ per order, so we think it's worth it. If you'd like to give us feedback on this decision, we would appreciate that!

If any of your purchased items are missing or are damaged please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
